The design is conceived as a community shaped around the daily lives of its residents, pairing Passive House principles with simple, efficient construction to minimize energy use and reduce long‑term costs. Individual units are designed for comfort and performance, while the site plan creates quiet, pedestrian‑only avenues that strengthen connection and provide refuge from surrounding roads. Above, a suspended shading structure gathers rainwater for irrigation and serves as a heat sink for the central geothermal system, and its integrated solar PV array—covering roughly half its surface—enables the neighborhood to operate as a net‑positive energy community, generating both environmental and financial value for its residents.
